Please be aware of the following government arrangements if your child is identified as a close contact of someone with COVID.
Daily testing for close contacts of COVID-19
People who are fully vaccinated, or children and young people aged between 5 and 18 years and 6 months, identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19, should take an LFD test every day for seven days and continue to attend their setting as normal, unless they have a positive test result or develop symptoms at any time.
Pupils with symptoms should not attend school. They should seek a PCR test and remain at home until they get their results. Please help us to keep our school community well.
Please remind them about using tissues, washing hands, covering mouth when coughing etc.
Thank you for your ongoing support in managing the challenge of minimising infections in school.
Please note PE Days have changed this term:
Class 1 (YR, Y1 & Y2) – Wednesday
Class 3 (Y4 & Y5) - Wednesday
Class 2 (Y3 & Y4) – Thursday
Class 4 (Y6) – Thursday
On your child’s PE day, they should wear their PE Kit as their school uniform. We suggest tracksuit bottoms or leggings, t-shirt and their school jumper/cardigan. Children can wear trainers or plimsolls.
School Crossing Patrol
Please note there will be no School Crossing Patrol this week.
Please ensure your child's safety to and from school.
We will provide an update on Friday's Newsletter with regards to next week.
Can we please remind parents/carers to let school know, via either email or phone if they require Childcare Provision, this is to enable us to organise staffing supervision.
