‘Worry Doll Wednesday’
❤️ Everyone worries, it’s normal. Sometimes our worries can feel too much and we need to share them.
🧡 When we hold our worries inside they can affect our bodies. It can affect our tummies, head and legs.
💛 The best way to help when we are worried is to talk to someone like our parents, brothers, sisters, friends and even grown ups in school!
💚 There is a worry doll pack ready to be collected for every child in school. If it is safe to do so please collect your worry doll between 1.00pm - 2.50pm
💙 Spend the afternoon making your very own worry doll. You can talk to it and you can put it under your pillow and it will work hard to take your worries away at night!
💜 As always, we would love to see any pictures of your worry dolls. If you are happy for us to share the pictures on Facebook please email your pictures to Mrs Hillary at firstname.lastname@example.org
💭💭💭💭💭 Thoughtful Thursday 💭💭💭💭💭
Today is thoughtful Thursday.
Today we will be thinking about others and what we can do for them. Thinking of others and doing nice things can help us feel good too!
Today you could make a card for someone who you are thankful for or make a voucher where you can do a job for them.
Thinking about others brings us closer together and makes us appreciate all the good we have in our life.
We would love see any pictures of your thoughtful tasks, you can email them to Mrs Hillary at email@example.com
